Ordering student card
- Choose New student if you do not have a student card (Oulu UAS)
- Choose Old student if you have a student card, and you need only a sticker
- Choose Renewal of student card if your student card is lost/stolen/eaten by a dog etc
Ordering (New student)
Notice :
If you do not have an "ASIO-number" you can order if from (notice that this page in only in Finnish) Or you can get it from your school. This is recommended if you are a foreign student who is starting his/her studies in Oulu UAS.
Student card is ordered via webpage
- Go to http://www.osakoweb.fi/join. To sign in you need your student number (ASIO-number). Follow the instructions carefully!. HOX! You must use big letters when signing in.
- Choose if you are ordering a new student card or a new sticker to an old student card
- Membership of a school-specific association is free and it does not obligate to anything.But you get discounts and other benefits in theiur activities only if you are a member.
- Choose blue or green student card. Blue student card is for full-time students. The green student card is for those who study part-time. Check the terms for student card!
- Attach a photo of yourself
- Minimum size of picture is 201x295 pixels. (it can be slightly bigger)
- Picture file's maximum size is 1Mt.b Picture must be jpg-formed.
- Picture must be upright (in other words the height is bigger than width).
- Picture must resemble passport picture. Student must be recognisable.
- Both black-white and colour pictures are ok.
- Face must be visible, looking straight to the camera. Accessories or hair must not cover the face.
- Backgrouns should be as neutral as possible.
- Lighting should be normal.
Programme verifies the information you've given. You'll get an account number and refenrence number to pay the fee.
Important!
Remember to use the reference number if you pay to bank account.
You can run student card errands only in the service point of your own school or at OSAKO's office.
You can take a copy of your membership payment if you want take advantage of the benefits right away in schools.
We recommend that you order the student card in the beginning of your studies, as soon as possible. This way you'll be able to take advantage of all benefits .

Ordering (Old student)
The sticker for the student card is also ordered via webpage

- Choose a new sticket to your student card.
Programme verifies the information you've given. You'll get an account number and refenrence number to pay the fee.

Remember to use the reference number if you pay to bank account.
You can run student card errands only in the service point of your own school or at OSAKO's office.

Ordering (renewal of student card)
New student card is ordered via webpage. These instructions are valid for those who have already paid for the membership but have, for intance, lost the card. If you have not paid for the membership, please do follow the instructions of new student.
- Sign in with your ASIO-number at http://www.osakoweb.fi/join. HOX! You must use big letters when signing in.
- Programme gives the information that you have already paid fot the membership. It allows you ti order a new card. The price for the card is 5 euros.
- Attach a photo of yourself.
