The members of the student union can apply for a financial assistance for a student project. The criterion for the assistance is ”a cause supporting the student union's activity”.
The application must include a project manager’s name, student number, a bank account for possible assistance, a budget for the project and a description of planned activity. The excess share is taken under the consideration in the decision making process. The excess share is determined by the nature of the acticity and the extent of the project (number of students participating). The assistance recipient must provide a informal written briefing about the project after it's finished.

The application is delivered to the student union office (Albertinkuja 20, third floor, 90100 Oulu) or by email at jari-pekka.kanniainen@osakoweb.fi by February 16th. Other periods for applying are April 13th, October 12th and December 7th.
