The members of the student union can apply for a financial assistance for a student project. Students can send applications throughout the year (as there are no specific periods for applications).
The main criterion for the assistance is ”a cause supporting the student union's activity”.
The application must include a project manager’s name, student number, a bank account for possible assistance, a budget for the project and a description of planned activity (what, when, where, who). The excess share is taken under the consideration in the decision making process. The excess share is determined by the nature of the activity and the extent of the project (number of students participating).
The assistance recipient must provide a informal written briefing about the project after it's finished.
